I purchased some statuettes for a project my nephew was doing at school. I later found out that all the kids had to make everything, so the statuettes would not be allowed. By the time I e-mailed the vendor, the package was on its way. They e-mailed me back so quickly, I was shocked. They advised me to send the package back for a full refund. They could not have been kinder. The prices seemed fair, the service fanatastic and the product was great, although unusable. I will definately purchase from this vendor in the future. |
